Baan Talay Koh Tao - Resort & Yoga
They teach and practice yoga at Baan Talay Resort so that people can grow to a greater degree of physical, mental and spiritual comprehension. They believe that you can steadily open the doors that prevent you from achieving your highest potential through practising yoga. To others, this may seem impractical, but they urge you to reserve your decisions before you try. Look at it as a personal experiment, and only you may ask yourself what yoga has brought you.
There are several yoga rituals that have somehow been fragmented and spread to various areas of the globe over the years. In order to find an appropriate cohesive method of practice, Baan Talay strives to put some of these pieces together. They offer retreats and courses in yoga.
