Are you on vacation or do you live in Koh Pha Ngan?
I live here, I’ve started out as tourist with my mom 8 years ago.
After coming here for a while I was tired of leaving and I decided to stay.

For how long?
I have been here for 10 months, and only the future knows how long the island is keeping me. 
For the moment I stay here with my dog Kao, “white’’. 

I try to make myself a living with my delicious cheesecake. 
I’ve started slowly and until now it been mostly birthday cakes and wedding cakes.  I hope for a bigger market soon, but so far so good. 
I am very confident and proud of my product, people say it’s wonderful! 

Dancing in Jungle Experience is something I’ve just started out with, I tried to make a good performance and I hope I will be back next party…  And if you ask me, 8 hours of dancing in a wild costume - that’s pretty awesome.

How did you come to know about the island?
My beloved mother used to come here alone when I was a kid, so I’ve always known about this paradise island. I have always been in love with Phangan and wanted to come here.  There’s always been something about this island… different from 7 years ago but if you seek a little bit deeper you still find the spirit of Koh Phangan.

What are your thoughts on Koh Phangan?
Wow, my thoughts… I’m just enjoying it.  Going with it. 

The people, the animals (even the dogs), the fantastic nature makes it even better. 
I think everyone should come here, even if it’s just for the party. 

This island is capable of healing people.  I've heard an urban myth about the oxygen here on the island.  
As we’re in the tropics and the island is surrounded by national parks, they say that around these areas we are breathing something like 1% more oxygen which makes this island so addictive and special.

Has your experience here been inspiring in any way? How so?
I am far from home, still young and don’t know shit about the world, so just being here is inspiring. To live this life, now and here.  Koh Phangan made me become very calm but also full of too much energy, so I put that energy into taking care of what I have and appreciate my surroundings.  But for sure it made me curious about meditation, spirituality and knowing about different personalities and behaviors.

When and where did you get you hair and makeup done?
At the last Jungle Experience, 7th October.

The fantastic & handsome hair artist, Mr. Oliver Twist from Twist Hair Productions made my hair look super funky and exceptional with feathers and glitter everywhere!
Together with my leather skirt and shiny top I felt very sexy, cute and artistic.

What effects did it have on those around you as you were walking through the crowd?
I felt that people loved my styling and the crazy hair.  Many people took photos and videos, and made nice comments.  They loved it - Jungle Experience is amazing.

Did your new appearance make you feel differently than you normally would?
I don’t think so.  I love to go into my self and dance, be funky, or “flummigt” as we say in Swedish.  But the costume together with the people, the music and the venue, for sure made me go even more into my soul and get high from the natural happy adrenalin rushing through my body!

I don’t mix up my personality with my behavior 
My personality is who I am and my behavior comes from who you are! 
The only difference was that I was no as shy as I can be other times.
Normally I don’t like to get too much attention and I gladly stay in the background, but this experience in this night made me more outgoing and gave me a nice opportunity to express myself with dancing.

Has the experience inspired you in any way? How so?
It has taught me not to be too shy, and to do you like and are good at.

Cheesecake, have, yummy, proper, thick and rich, creamy, fresh, and just like it should be!
