Restaurants will be able to return to serving alcohol and after 11 pm can offer dine-in services. Except for Samut Sakhon, the epicentre of the new outbreak of infections, the restaurant restrictions put in place to limit gathering to potentially prevent the spread of Covid-19 are being eased in all provinces. A panel chaired by PM Prayut Chan-o-cha is set to approve the ease of restrictions tomorrow.
While restaurants will be able to serve alcohol and host music events, in provinces classified as "red zones" and "orange zones," dancing is prohibited. Restaurants must arrange tables and chairs to comply with the guidelines for social distancing.
Bars, pubs, and karaoke venues must remain closed in "red zones," including Bangkok, Samut Prakan, Nonthaburi, and Pathum Thani.
The subcommittee on disease control restrictions of the Centre for Covid-19 Situation Administration agreed to adjust the measures in all provinces except Samut Sakhon, where cases of Covid-19 are still on the rise and a mass testing campaign is being launched by health officials.

"yellow" and "green" zones will have up to 300 attendees and boxing matches will be allowed to have limited spectators.
