Phanganist recently visited our beautiful little sister island of Koh Tao to help out the community with a great project (article soon to come).
Now, whilst we were there we met some of the happy locals, business owners, children, residents and dogs.
It was one thing that kind of stood out, that there are some really cool dogs on Koh Tao. Some are owned and others are taken care of by the animal clinic on the island which we also visited.
Here at Phanganist we love dogs so it was only natural to take some photos of our new friends...
Ambrosius Angus Macleod
We met this well established gent with his owner Marina who was helping us with our mission.
It's not often you see a basset hound in Thailand but he seemed to be living the high life out here in Koh Tao.
Supermarket Dog
This scruffy dude was hanging out at one of the supermarkets on the table, maybe it's his personal bed? Any how, he seemed like a distinguished kind of chap.
Another table dog
Across the road from supermarket dog was a dog who had also decided to make a table his bed for the day and it looks like they could be related judging by their fur...
Maya Dog
Maya's dog is a rottweiler who enjoys the beach life.
It also likes to come in the photos.
Dogs at the animal clinic
This cutie was resting on the steps outside the clinic so we are guessing she is not sick, phew!
Looks like she was finding it hard getting comfortable though.
Funny cute
We think it's a chiuaha but we're not sure.
This little, slightly strange but cute dog was with its owner inside the clinic, looking very stylish might we add.
Bottle House dog
This little chap lived at Baan Sabai Bottle House which you will soon be able to read about but for now we suggest you take a leaf out of his book and enjoy a nice stretch to ease yourself into this evening...
