Here at Phanganist we always try to keep you up to date with all the positive movements and actions of the exquisite island of Koh Phangan.
We can reveal to you today that as from the beginning of 2017 the Full Moon Party will happen over three days.
The plan is to bring more people to the island and hopefully they will stay longer and enjoy more of what the island has to offer.
There will be a daytime parties in between the three days so you can just carry on raving regardless if you want to!
We had an exclusive chat with Mr Fool who runs The Joker Bar in Haad Rin to find out more…
So what’s your involvement with this new three day party?
Me and some friends came up with this idea to start making the Full Moon Party a three day event on the early morning of one of the full moon's last year.
My bar was still packed and ‘avin it’ but I knew that everyone was gonna leave soon but I wanted to carry on the party for longer!!
My friends agreed so we, as a group started working on making the three day event.
And any way, the moon is kinda still full the next day and the day after!
What will happen at your particular bar?
I’m gonna go all out! We will be giving away free shots, free uv painting, we’ll have the best in EDM, all night long, we only play EDM of course because everyone knows it’s such intelligent music and the best to get really drunk to!
People can sleep in the hammocks so they can stay for the whole three days….oh and we’ll probably do a bbq.
What about the day parties?
The day parties will be epic! It just won’t stop! I guess some people will just want to sunbathe in the day but we have a few fun ideas like going around with water pistols to squirt the ‘chillers’ with and going round with jelly shots and red bull to give them a lift.
With more party music of course and games for people to get involved with.

Party, party, party!!!!
