Phanganist visited our friend Eiu at the beautiful Phangan Cove Resort and Restaurant for a nice catch catch up.
We have taken some photo's to try to capture the unique little gems that surround the grounds and we hope this will entice you all to go visit and taste Eiu's amazing food and enjoy the resort.
How long have you been on Koh Phangan?
I have been 15 years already! I was in Surat Thani before.
Why did you come to Phangan?
My husband was here and I came and I looove Koh Phangan!
What did you do before you opened Phangan cove?
I was running another resort called liberty.
How long you been open?
We have been open for 6 years now.
And what makes it Phangan Cove special?
I think the area, Sri thanu, as it is nice and quiet. Obviously the food! I love to take care of people and to cook for people so I have a great time here.
What do you provide?
We have beautiful rooms & bungalows. It is an amazing place, we took great care to build and furnish it so people can relax and enjoy being at Phangan Cove. We of course also have our restaurant, which we take a lot of pride in.
What is the atmosphere like and your inspiration for Phangan Cove?
It really feels like home. Our guests and visitors to the restaurant feel like family. We have lots of magical spots for people to enjoy.
Where did you learn to cook?
I learnt from my mum! She was a really good cook, so I have cooked for a long time now and know what people like and it of course tastes amazing!
What has made Phangan cove so popular?
I think our food of course, good rooms and beautiful beach. I really feel so lucky to live here and meet people from all around the world.
What dish do you like the most?
My favourite is Pad Thai but also one of our famous cheeseburgers.
