It is very easy to find a place to enjoy the abundance of Mother Nature. Nature provides a rich source of energy and nourishment that has healing effect on both body and mind. Koh Phangan is a perfect place where you can find peace in the nature and a blissful feeling inside yourself.
Here is a very simple and powerful technique that I have found from a book, to help you to get in tune with nature and find your peace of mind.
· 1 Walk barefoot on the earth for a few minute every day. Have your attention on your feet and the earth with the intention to absorb nourishment from the earth.
· 2 Walk along nature bodies of water. Allow the cooling, coherent influence of water to infuse your being.
· 3 Allow the light and warmth of the sun to permeate you. Acknowledge the energy-giving force of the sun, the source of all life on earth.
· 4 Take a walk where there is abundant vegetation and deeply inhale the breath of plants. The ideal time to receive the life force of plants is right before down and right after sunset.
· 5 Gaze into the stars at night. Allow your awareness to fill the heavens and the cosmos to fill your awareness.
Ayurvedic saying that “the world is as you are.’ When your perception opens up “in here,” so does everything, “out there.”
